About Robin Bousquet, MPT

Robin Williams Bousquet, MPT
Senior Physical Therapist

Robin is a native of Pleasant Hill and graduated from College Park High School.  During this time she was an avid skater at Sunvalley Ice Area.  As an elite young athlete, she embarked on her career path into sports physical therapy.

Robin received her BA in physical education, with an emphasis in exercise physiology, from California State University at Chico in 1992. While there she worked as the Director of Intramural Aerobics and played lacrosse with the University’s women’s lacrosse team. Robin earned her master’s degree in physical therapy from Western University of Health Sciences in 1997.  While there, she had the opportunity to work with the Mighty Duck Hockey Team’s training camps.

After completing her education, Robin practiced physical therapy in Southern California, including Shriner's Hospital, UCLA, St. Joseph's Hospital, and USC University Hospital.

Drawing from her experience with athletics, orthopaedics, and pediatrics, she was played an integral role in the development and success of the Sports Medicine Center for Young Athletes at Children’s Hospital & Research Center Oakland.

Robin brings her specialized physical therapy experience in pediatric sports medicine to the Walnut Creek Sports Medicine Center for Young Athletes. Her outside interests include running, rollerblading and hiking in the local foothills, and of course, attending events of her patients.
